PPE Gloves, sterile, size 8.5 (or 8/9) Equipment Ultrasound machine Sterile ultrasound probe cover (with sterile gel) Standard dressing pack Sonoplex needle 50mm (or 100mm if obese) 20mL syringe, Luer lock Chlorhexidine 2%, 100mL (lesser strengths are tolerable) Ropivacaine 0.75%, 20mL * for Fascia Iliaca block, add 40mL 0.9% saline and 2 further 20mL syringes.
